WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A CLASS?
The first 15 minutes of every class starts with a rythmic warm-up and our signature fast-paced, light-weight arm series, designed to challenge coordination and core. This series stays consistent throughout the week, so you quickly get the hang of it — almost like dancing.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: Focus is on strength training, exhausting one muscle group at a time and glute development. These days we use heavier weights, resistance bands, and ankle weights.
Tuesday and Thursday: We kick things off with step cardio and full-body combos to get your endorphins flowing for 25 minutes. Then we move into mat Pilates-inspired ab work, pushing core to its max.

Visit the SHOP for equipment. All equipment is provided for in-studio besides mats and ankles weights.
WHAT DOES THE VIDEO LIBRARY CONSIST OF?
Choose from over 200 workouts — full 50-minute classes or quick 10–30 minute express sessions. Every video includes a short class description and the equipment you’ll need. New 50-minute classes are added every week, so you’ll always have fresh workouts!
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE HYPE & TONE?
Hype & Tone is a 5-day program consisting of 3 strength days, 2 cardio & core days, and 2 rest days. In the studio, classes run Monday through Friday, with weekends reserved for rest. At home, you can take your rest days whenever it works best for you.
For optimal results, prioritize sleep, maintain a clean, high-protein diet, and stay hydrated. Always listen to your body, and consider going for a walk on rest days.
IS THERE AN ORDER I SHOULD FOLLOW?
We recommend following classes in the order they are released to avoid overworking any muscle groups. You’ll be training right alongside our studio members.
