To begin you will need:

2 or 3lbs dumbbells and 5lbs dumbbells

WHAT DOES THE VIDEO LIBRARY CONSIST OF?
There are over 200, 60 minute videos as well as express options that are 10-30 minutes. Under each video is a brief description of the class as well as a list of equipment used.
HOW OFTEN ARE NEW CLASSES ADDED?
New 60 minute classes are added 3-5x weekly!
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND I DO YOUR METHOD?
There is no magic number here but consistency is key for effective results. Be sure you are getting enough sleep and stretch so you can recovery quickly and being moving again. Always listen to your body and walk on your days off.
Personally I practice my method 5 days a week.
SHOULD I REPEAT A CLASS?
You can certain repeat your favorite classes. But there is no need to as new classes are added 3-5x weekly. I recommend going in order to avoid over working muscle groups.
