FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

Equipment is provided in-studio. Please bring a mat and a water.

To start you will need the basics:

  • 2 or 3lbs and 5lbs dumbbells

  • Heavy loop fabric resistance band

As you progress you can incorporate more equipment:

  • Step stool

  • 10lbs Bala Power Ring or a dumbbell

  • Sliders

  • Total Body Band

  • Turquoise Resistance Band

  • 2lbs ankle weights, 1 lbs wrist weights

  • Mini ball

WHAT DOES THE VIDEO LIBRARY CONSIST OF?

There are over 200, 60 minute videos as well as express optional that are 10-30 minutes. Under each video is a brief description of the class as well as a list of equipment used in that class. 

The 60 minute classes are easy to break up as we have natural breaks and transition periods throughout the class.

HOW OFTEN ARE NEW CLASSES ADDED?

New 60 minute classes are added 3-5x weekly!

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND I TAKE YOUR CLASS?

There is no magic number here but consistency is key for effective results. Modified movement is better than no movement. So on sore or tired days, take it easy, drop the weights be gentle with yourself.


Personally I move my body 6 days a week because I crave it. Always listen to your body and walk on your days off.

SHOULD I REPEAT A CLASS?

You can certain repeat your favorite classes. But there is no need to as new classes are added 3-5x weekly. Each class is slightly different, I recommend going in order.
