WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
All equipment beside a mat and ankle weights are provided in-studio.

At home you will need:

2-10lbs dumbbells

Heavy loop resistance band

As you progress you can incorporate more equipment to add challenge:

WHAT DOES THE VIDEO LIBRARY CONSIST OF?
There are over 200, 50-60 minute videos as well as express options that are 10-30 minutes. Under each video is a brief description of the class and a list of equipment used.
HOW OFTEN ARE NEW CLASSES ADDED?
New 50 minute classes are added 3-5x weekly. I recommend going in the order they are released to train along side studio members and avoid over working muscle groups.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND DOING HYPE & TONE?
There is no magic number here but consistency is key for effective results. Be sure you are getting enough sleep, eating a high protein diet and hydrating so you can recovery quickly. Always listen to your body and walk on your days off. Personally, I practice my method 5 days a week with 2 rest days. Hype & Tone is all I do.
