WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

To begin you will need:

  • 2-3lb & 5-8lb dumbbells

  • Step stool

  • Mini ball​

  • Sliders

As you progress you can incorporate more equipment to add challenge:

  • Heavy fabric loop band

  • Heavier weights 

  • Ankle weights

  • Long UPPPER Resistance Band

  • Turquoise Resistance Band

Visit my SHOP  for equipment and links. All equipment is provided in-studio, please bring a mat and ankle weights.

WHAT DOES THE VIDEO LIBRARY CONSIST OF?

There are over 200, 60 minute videos as well as express options that are 10-30 minutes. Under each video is a brief description of the class as well as a list of equipment used.

HOW OFTEN ARE NEW CLASSES ADDED?

New 60 minute classes are added 3-5x weekly.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND I DO YOUR METHOD?

There is no magic number here but consistency is key for effective results. Be sure you are getting enough sleep, eating a high protein diet and stretching so you can recovery quickly. Always listen to your body and walk on your days off. Personally I practice my method 5 days a week.

SHOULD I REPEAT A CLASS?

You can certain repeat your favorite classes. But there is no need to as new classes are added 3-5x weekly. I recommend going in order to avoid over working muscle groups.
