WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A CLASS?
The first 15 minutes of all classes begin with a cardio warm-up and a signature fast paced, light weight, arm series- challenging coordination. This series remains the same throughout the week so you get the hang of it and it feels more like dancing.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday- you can expect slower strength training, glute development and short deep core work. Heavier weights, resistance bands and ankle weights are used these days.
Tuesday and Thursday- we introduce step cardio and whole body combos while pumping endorphins for 25 minutes. Next we move into mat Pilates inspired ab work, challenging the core to its max.

Visit the SHOP for equipment. All equipment is provided for in-studio besides mats and ankles weights, please bring with.
WHAT DOES THE VIDEO LIBRARY CONSIST OF?
There are over 200, 50 minute videos as well as express 10-30 minute options. Under each video you will find a brief description of the class and a list of equipment required. New 50 minute class are added weekly.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE HYPE & TONE?
Hype & Tone is designed as a 5 day a program consisting of- 3 strength days, 2 cardio & core days and 2 rest days. In-studio we practice Monday thru Friday with the weekends as rest days. At home, you are welcome to take your rest days anytime.
For effective results, prioritize sleep, a clean high protein diet and hydration. Always listen to your body and walk on rest days.
IS THERE AN ORDER I SHOULD FOLLOW?
You should follow classes in the order in which they are released to avoid overworking muscle groups.
You will train right along side our studio members.
